Do NOT Throw Away Expired Coupons!!

I had a couple of readers ask me on the Sioux Falls Savvy Saver Facebook page what I do with my expired coupons (Thanks Sarah and Diana!).  I thought it would be great for you all to know!

You can "adopt" military bases to send your expired coupons to.  Military families are able to use expired coupons up to 6 months after the expired date.  The site requests that you not wait any more than 2 months after the expired date to send your coupon to allow for processing.  First, read this page.  Then, or a list of bases needing "adoption", go here.

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.  It's nice not to have the coupons that you couldn't use go to waste!!
